About me

I teach Vinyasa flow, power Vinyasa, Hatha yoga, beginners yoga, restorative yoga and chair yoga. Online and in person.

I'm passionate about bringing yoga to a wider audience and making yoga accessible for everyone. I love teaching all abilities. From the beginners who are starting their yoga journey, to those more experienced yoga practitioners who are looking to deepen their practice. I firmly believe yoga can help to add life to your years not just years to your life.

I started practising yoga while at University over 20 years ago. I’ve used yoga ever since to help me find balance in my life and it’s been particularly useful during times of major stress and big life changes. I became a full time yoga teacher in 2020 after 17 years of working for the government in the UK as a Speech and Language Therapist. I believe my previous jobs help me to be the type of yoga teacher I always enjoyed having as my own teacher: supportive, kind and clear but also bringing a dose of realism and fun to classes. I believe in living life to its fullest and enjoy fitness classes such as dance based classes and body pump, travelling, discovering new places and meeting people.
